My name is Mary Jane Burgoon. I have been a patient of Dr. Harrell’s I think about five years. My overall experience has been fabulous. When there has been any issue at all, I have called. Dr. Harrell has gotten me in immediately, and I have gotten the problem resolved and basically it was minor things.
He is meticulous. He makes sure whatever the procedure is, he lets me know. I know ahead of time what’s being done, why it’s being done, and how it’s being done, and so there’s really never any surprises even when he finds surprises like a bigger cavity than he thought. He lets you know this and it’s just a good experience, and I think the fact he is such an excellent dentist places him in good favor with all of his patients actually.
I used to be a jittery person when it came to the dentist, and I am not that way anymore because this is a little dental family.
